K.C Mahindra Scholarships for Post-Graduate Studies Abroad 2011
The K. C. Mahindra Education Trust was founded by the late Mr. K. C. Mahindra in the year 1953, with an objective of promoting higher studies in the country.
The trustees of K.C. Mahindra Education Trust offer interest-free loan scholarships to Indian nationals for post-graduate studies abroad in various fields. The Trust has introduced new scholarships worth Rs.24 Lacs for 3 top K.C. Mahindra Fellows. The maximum amount for this scholarship will be Rs.8 lacs per student and minimum amount will be Rs.5 lacs per student. For the rest of the students the maximum amount for scholarship will be Rs.95,000
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Possessed a First Class degree or an equivalent diploma from a recognized Indian university.
2. They must have secured admission or have applied for admission in reputable foreign universities for courses commencing from September, 2011 but not later than February, 2012.
3. Final Year Candidates are also allowed.
