Union Public Service Commission UPSC conducts the SCRA examination every year this year Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) Examination is on 31.07.2011 . Those students who didn't get their Admit card can download the admit card from UPSC official site. Students who lost their admit card can also download the admit card.
