Online registration for UPSC CDS II 2013 exam has started for Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy (OTA Chennai). Last date for the registration of UPSC CDS II 2013 exam is 24th June 2013.
UPSC CDS-II 2013 Total Vacancies/Seats and Eligibility Criteria
Total - 509 (Distribution are mentioned below).
Indian Military Academy - 250 vacancies
Indian Naval Academy - 40 vacancies
Air Force Academy - 32 vacancies
Officers Training Academy (Men) - 175 vacancies
Officers Training Academy (Women) - 12 vacancies
Age limit
If you are applying for IMA and INA, unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02.07.1990 and not later than 01.07.1995 are eligible.
If you are applying for Air Force Academy, then your age should be fall between 02.07.1991 and not later than 01.07.1995 are eligible.
For Officer's Training Academy SSC course for Men, male candidates (married or unmarried) born not earlier than 02.07.1989 and not later than 01.07.1995 are eligible.
Officer's Training Academy SSC Women Non-Technical Course, unmarried women, issue less widows and issue less divorces who have not remarried and born not earlier than 02.07.1989 and not later than 01.07.1995 are eligible.
Educational Qualification for IMA,OTA,INA and Air Force Academy
For IMA and OTA -
Candidates should have a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent is required.
For INA
Candidates with Degree in Engineering from a recognized University is required.
For Air Force Academy
Candidates with Degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering is required.
Selection Procedure for CDS II
Selection will be based on
1. written test
2. Interview/ Personality Test.

CDS II 2013 examination pattern for Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA) and Air Force Academy .
1. English - 2 hours - 100 marks
2. General Knowledge - 2 hours - 100 marks
3. Elementary Mathematics - 2 hours - 100 marks
Written test pattern for Officer's Training Academy (OTA ).
