Candidates will be selected based on the basis of
1. written examination
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Personal Interview.
1. Written Exam:
UPSC CAPF 2013 written examination will be conducted on 20.10.2013. The written exam will consists of two papers.
a) Paper-I will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon
b) Paper-II will be held from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Paper I- General Ability and Intelligence (250 marks)
Paper II- General Study, Essay and Comprehension (200 marks)
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
Those candidates who qualified the written exam will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
3. Interview/Personality Test: Candidates who will qualify in medical standard tests will be able to appear for the interview conducted by UPSC. The Interview will carry 150 marks.
